Zumba Classic: We take the "work" out of workout, by mixing low-intensity and high-intensity moves for an interval-style, calorie-burning dance fitness party. This is the standard and most popular form of Zumba. Zumba Classic sessions are suitable for all fitness levels, from beginners to advanced participants.

Zumba Bhangra - Bhangra is a dance form that is popular for its highly energetic and upbeat moves. The dance workout includes continuous and rhythmic movements.
