• Types of pilates

Reformer - Reformer Pilates adds resistance via a reformer machine. This can help improve posture and coordination. The reformer machine can increase the intensity of Pilates hence a beginner class is recommended.

Classic - Classic Pilates, also known as Contrology, is the original form of Pilates that is based on a sequence of exercises. These exercises are carefully designed by Joseph Pilates that follow steps in a particular order. It starts from the basic foundation exercises and leads to more complicated ones gradually

Mat - The exercises in mat Pilates are performed with your body and a yoga mat. Mat Pilates focuses on your core, making it beneficial for those with back pain

Contemporary Pilates - Contemporary Pilates, also known as hybrid Pilates, means including various other types of exercises in classical Pilates. Contemporary Pilates = classical Pilates+ additional workout from other exercise categories. Namely yoga, aerobics, and cardio.

Baree - Barre class is a workout technique inspired by elements of ballet, yoga, and Pilates. It focuses on low-impact, high-intensity movements designed to strengthen your body in ways that few other workouts can.
